Training Overview

See below our weekly schedule. If you are new, please feel free to reach out to a committee member or a social media page so one of the committee members can say hello!

Swimming:

Every Monday, we have a coached session at Stafford Leisure Centre, and every Sunday, we have an uncoached session at Rugeley.

 We also do Open Water swimming sessions in summer at Blithfield Reservoir. This is one of the most sociable training sessions we have with cups of tea and coffee (as well as home made cakes) ready once you have been swimming!

Cycling:

Every Saturday, from Run & Ride, we host a group ride. This is open to all abilities, beginners, intermediates and advanced, and varies on distances. If you are interested, feel free to turn up at 9am, or speak to a committee member! In the winter, some people venture across the chase too.

 

Running:

We have coached track sessions at Rowley Park on Tuesdays, and trail running on Sunday mornings, both for all abilities.

The trail run varies in distance each week, from 4-9 miles and ends with a coffee at Milford Cricket Club!
